If you live or work in Hamilton City or Waikato District, you may have seen us pop up recently on a poster at your local dairy, in your letterbox, or on your social media.  

Change can be a bit uncomfortable, especially if you aren’t sure exactly what the change means for you. We’re advertising who we are and what we’ll be doing and reassuring our communities that we’re aiming to make this change as smooth as possible for you.  

Your day-to-day water services won’t change, and we’re working hard to make those services as efficient, effective and sustainable as we can.  

This is our introduction.

Water is easy to take for granted. Until something goes wrong. No morning shower. No coffee from your local café. No business opening its doors. Behind every drop is a team making sure that doesn't happen and that's us. 

We're not new to this. The infrastructure, the people, the work it's all still here. What's new is the focus. One team, one kaupapa, entirely dedicated to safeguarding water for now and for generations to come.
